Terms of use:

  • The UBAR STORE service guarantees the functionality of accounts, subject to compliance with all the rules described in the following paragraphs.
  • The store guarantees the sale of accounts strictly to one person.
  • After purchasing accounts, it is necessary to check them without delay, since otherwise the guarantee for the possibility of returning/replacing the goods may be deprived. The time to verify accounts is 30 minutes from the moment they are received.
  • The store guarantees replacement of the product if it does not correspond to the stated description.
  • The store guarantees a replacement of the product if the user is unable to log in due to incorrect data.
  • The store guarantees a replacement of the product if it was blocked before the date of purchase.
  • Refunds are only possible if replacement with a similar product is not possible. The transfer fee is paid by the buyer and will be deducted from the total amount.
  • The buyer undertakes to comply with the laws of the state in which he uses the purchased accounts.
  • If the buyer makes changes to the purchased product and then requests a return or replacement, this request may be denied.
  • After receiving the goods, the buyer undertakes to keep the goods with the possibility of further use. Please note that the store does not store accounts.
  • The buyer was familiar with the recommendations for logging into the account and the rules for its use (indicated in the product description). If you violate these rules, you will be denied a replacement/refund.
  • The buyer undertakes not to create unnecessary flood, spam or negative information about the store. Otherwise, the store reserves the right to refuse service at the time of contact and in the future without the possibility of compensation.
  • The store does not compensate the buyer for funds, additional services, accounts and other costs incurred for the purchase of additional services to use the product.
  • The warranty period begins from the moment the product is received, even if the buyer did not have the skills to use the product upon purchase. Lack of skill in using the product does not lead to a delay in the warranty period.
  • The buyer is not entitled to a replacement or return of goods if he has already used the accounts and then requests a replacement or return of the goods.
  • The buyer is prohibited from using accounts for which a refund or replacement has been issued.
  • Regardless of whether the store’s support is online or not, an order request should be submitted immediately when a problem is detected.
  • It is not possible to withdraw funds from your Personal Account balance.
  • Payments cannot be returned to details different from those specified during payment.
  • Payment through intermediaries, various bots/services and other similar means is prohibited. Such charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer and monies may not be credited or refunded to the buyer.
